Designed to embody warmth and hospitality, the apartment serves as a welcoming space for both intimate gatherings and lively celebrations. Situated on a single floor with sweeping views of the city, this residence offers a unique blend of urban sophistication and familial charm.

Spanning an expansive area of 570 m², the apartment is organized into two distinct zones: the social zone and the intimate zone. The social zone features seamless integration between the living room and the balcony, creating a spacious and versatile entertainment area. The kitchen, characterized by its industrial structure and ample space for hosting events, stands as a focal point within the social zone. In contrast, the intimate zone comprises five suites, each tailored to the needs of the family members, including a dedicated game room and guest suite.

Materiality and Sensory Experience

The project embraces a nuanced approach to materiality, juxtaposing European oak wood with Basaltina stone to create a harmonious interplay of textures and tones. While oak wood infuses the space with warmth and softness, Basaltina stone adds depth and sophistication.
