Five Indian venture capitalists have secured positions among the world’s top 25 venture capitalists listed in the latest edition of the GCV Powerlist.

Leading the Pack

Shankar Chandran, Managing Director of Samsung Catalyst Fund, shares the fifth position on the list with his colleague Francis Ho, marking the highest rank achieved by an Indian VC.

Notable Entries

Rajeev Misra, Global Head of SoftBank Vision Fund, shares the overall 10th position with his colleague Marcelo Claure. Nagraj Kashyap, Head of M12 (formerly Microsoft Ventures), secures the 12th position. Arvind Purushotham, leading the venture Citi Ventures, is ranked 21st, while Girish Nadkarni, President of Total Carbon Neutrality Ventures, claims the 22nd spot in the prestigious list released recently.
